Joins us on the Ultimate Orange River Adventure . The 3-Day Orange River Rafting Adventure is the adventure for you if you want a river trip that allows enough time to unwind. But we can guarantee that you will want to come back for more!

Our team of experienced river guides invites you to experience the Richtersveld. We paddle the Orange River on an inflatable raft. Please bring along any inflatable devices you have, and let’s make our adventure a fun and colourful one!

Explore the only mountain desert in South Africa. Let our experienced guides lead you through one of the most striking landscapes South Africa offers. It is the perfect outdoor getaway with fun-filled rapids, hiking, and stargazing. The Orange River Adventure is the best way to discover the stark beauty of the Richtersveld desert. Enjoy fresh meals made by your guide from ingredients we grow at our base camp. At night, you’ll be next to the river where you can camp or make yourself a cosy bed on a mattress in summer. We do recommend bringing a tent, just in case.

tour SCHEDULE

Day 1	The Growcery Camp We meet all our river paddlers at The Growcery Camp, no later than 5 pm on day 1. Please notify the camp of any late arrivals. This evening will be an introduction to your river crew and a final briefing on the adventure that awaits us. Our Dinner will be around open fires and a freshly cooked meal can be expected. Our evening is relaxed and a great time can be spent under the many stars of the Richtersveld. Meals: Dinner Accommodation: Camping
Day 2 – 3	The Growcery Camp – Orange River Our River adventure starts with a scrumptious breakfast this morning. Our guides will brief all our paddlers on how to pack their two-man inflatable rafts for the next 5 days of river rafting. We leave all our vehicles and mobile devices safely at base camp and start our adventure anything from 9:30 – 10: 30 this morning. The next few days will be along the banks of the Orange River. We explore the magnificent Richtersveld desert and embark on the adventure of a lifetime. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Accommodation: Camping
Day 4	Orange River – The Growcery Camp An early wake-up call we enjoy our last breakfast on the banks of the Orange River, before making our way to our collection point. All depends on the water levels on how long we will paddle before the take out. Please don’t make any fixed arrangements to depart earlier than 2 pm from our base camp. Take out times will vary from 08: 30 am – 12: 30 pm, this all depends on the water levels. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch Accommodation: Please book accommodation & meals in advance for the last night
